This policy applies to the Caelixor Technology corporate website at caelixor.com. It does not yet govern separate Caelixor products, including Oriva, which will have product-specific privacy information before public release.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Caelixor Technology, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@caelixor.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, business email address, company, area of interest, and message.
For website security and reliable operation, our hosting environment may also process technical information such as request time, browser or device information, approximate location derived from network data, and IP address. The contact form converts the submitting IP address into a one-way hash for short-term rate limiting; the website does not intentionally store the raw IP address in its enquiry database.
3. Why we use it
- To assess and respond to your enquiry or support request.
- To communicate about a potential product, service, or partnership.
- To prevent spam, abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- To maintain, diagnose, and improve website reliability.
- To comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
We process enquiry information with your consent and where necessary for legitimate business and security purposes, pre-contractual discussions, or compliance with law. We do not sell personal information.
4. Service providers and international processing
The website uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud for hosting, secure form processing, and operational records. Enquiries are delivered to Caelixor’s authorised Microsoft 365 environment through Microsoft Graph. These providers may process information in facilities outside your country under their contractual and security arrangements.
5. Retention
Enquiry records are normally reviewed and retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably required for an active relationship, security investigation, dispute, or legal obligation. Hashed rate-limiting records are intended to be kept only briefly. Microsoft 365 copies are governed by Caelixor’s mailbox and records-management practices.
6. Security
Caelixor uses server-side validation, restricted application permissions, certificate-based authentication, anti-spam controls, rate limiting, transport encryption, and access-controlled cloud services. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the general contact form.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold information about you and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
8. Cookies and analytics
The current corporate website does not intentionally deploy advertising cookies or optional audience analytics. Essential hosting and security technologies may still be used to deliver and protect the service. If optional analytics are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.
9. Children
This corporate website is intended for business and general audiences and is not designed to collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the website, our services, or applicable requirements evolve. The revision date above will show when the policy was last materially changed.
This operational policy reflects the website’s present technical design. Caelixor should obtain qualified UAE legal review before the permanent public launch and whenever its processing activities materially change.
